Peach Method (“Peach Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Peach World Co. LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Peach Method mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Peach Method, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication and account identifiers, and account preferences and settings. We do not require you to provide your real name to use Peach Method. Content You Provide: You may voluntarily enter and save journal entries and written reflections, mood or emotion selections, daily intentions and priorities, goals, notes, responses to guided prompts, selected activities, actions, preferences, and other content you choose to enter. This information is stored so that Peach Method features can function and your saved content remains available when you return. Peach Method is a self-growth and wellness application and is not intended to collect or maintain medical records or provide medical care. Please do not use Peach Method as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care or as a repository for medical records. Usage and Technical Information: We may automatically collect limited app interactions and feature usage, device and operating system information, app version, technical identifiers, general usage and analytics information, and diagnostic or performance information. We may use services such as Google Firebase and Firebase Analytics to provide functionality, authentication, data storage, analytics, and related technical services.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through Peach Method to create and maintain your account; provide and operate features; save and display content you choose to enter; maintain preferences and settings; understand app interactions; improve features, usability, reliability, and performance; diagnose technical problems; provide customer support; maintain security and integrity; process subscriptions or purchases; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use the personal content you enter into Peach Method to provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
3. Artificial Intelligence
Peach Method does not currently use artificial intelligence to process your journal entries, reflections, moods, goals, or other personal content. We do not send this content to an AI provider for the purpose of generating AI responses or training artificial intelligence models. If Peach Method introduces AI-powered functionality in the future that changes how user information is processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
4. Analytics
We may use Google Firebase Analytics to better understand how people use Peach Method and to improve the app. Analytics may include app interactions, device or operating-system information, technical identifiers, and events relating to particular app features. We do not use analytics information for the purpose of selling your personal information.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Peach Method may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases made through the mobile application may be processed by the applicable marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may also use a subscription-management provider such as RevenueCat to verify purchases, manage subscription status, and determine access to paid features. Peach World Co. LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number when purchases are processed through these third-party payment systems. Purchase-related information, including subscription status, purchase history, transaction or receipt information, and identifiers necessary to provide paid features, may be processed by the applicable marketplace and subscription-management provider.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their independent advertising purposes. We may provide information to service providers necessary to operate Peach Method, including providers for cloud hosting and database services, authentication, analytics, subscription and purchase management, technical infrastructure, security, and app performance. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices. We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms; or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
7. Location Information
Peach Method does not currently request or collect precise device location information as part of its core functionality. Some third-party technical services may process limited information such as IP addresses, device locale, or country information as part of providing their services. This is different from Peach Method requesting access to your device’s precise GPS location.
8. Data Retention
We retain account information and user-created content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Peach Method and maintain your account. When you delete your account, we will delete or initiate deletion of associated personal content and account data, subject to limited exceptions where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, backup, or other legitimate purposes. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained. Third-party service providers may maintain information according to their own legally permitted retention requirements.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your Peach Method account through the account settings available within the app. Deleting your account will initiate deletion of the personal data and saved Peach Method content associated with your account, subject to the limited retention circumstances described above. 10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and using an appropriately secured device when accessing Peach Method.
11. Children’s Privacy
Peach Method is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through Peach Method, please contact us at support@peachmethod.app.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to obtain additional information about how your information is processed. You may also delete your Peach Method account and associated content through the app. To make a privacy-related request, contact support@peachmethod.app. We may need to verify your request before fulfilling it.
13. Third-Party Services
Peach Method relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of the Services. These may include Google Firebase, including Firebase Analytics, and, if paid subscriptions are offered, services such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your information may therefore be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. Peach Method may also contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not operate.
14. International Users
Peach World Co. LLC is based in the United States. If you access Peach Method from outside the United States, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Peach Method evolves, including when we introduce new features, service providers, or data practices. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Where required by law or appropriate based on the nature of a change, we may provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
